The PA’s role at Verbal Identity

Experienced PA required for part-time role at Verbal Identity, a small Oxford marketing consultancy based near North Parade, North Oxford.

Work includes:

  • Compiling documents for meetings
  • Desk research on contact details for companies and clients
  • Taking minutes/preparing contact reports for client meetings and calls
  • Updating (not writing) content on our website and social media channels
  • Briefing suppliers and preparing Purchase Orders based on discussion with the MD
  • General office management
  • Diary management
  • Minor IT Fixes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years of PA experience
  • Skill with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Great written and verbal communication skills

Preferred, but not essential, skills are:

  • Experience using WordPress
  • Experience using Mailchimp
  • Experience using Buffer


12 hrs a week, 3 afternoons a week.


Commensurate with experience and the value that the candidate contributes to the company.
